I have been a resident at Regatta Bay for five years. The community is a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff has always been helpful and in most cases quick to respond to my needs. Management is caring and they take a personal interest in their residents. I agree the price is high but you are getting more than just four walls. You enjoy summer barbeques with fellow residents, attend charity events sponsored by Management and feel like you're part of a true community. I am a working professional who has the choice of where I would like to live and I have chosen to live here at Regatta Bay and continue to renew my lease with good reason. I recommend for all to lease at Regatta Bay if you are looking for more than just an apartment.
