Cheaply-built apartment-price WAY too high

I know this is Annapolis, but come on! The property isn't exactly "waterfront" unless you're referring to the cest pool that borders on disgusting and is located to the Northwest of the complex. The price is ridiculous for how cheaply made the apartments are. And if you live near the Sam's Club, forget about getting a decent nights sleep. No one bothered to mention that when I moved in and thus I've had to endure the moving of shopping carts and unloading of trucks that starts at 3:00AM. The pool is nice, but the rules are basically "no fun allowed," and the fitness center is a joke- that is if you can call a single treadmill and stationary bike a "fitness center." Staff used to be nice, but recent changes have left little to be desired in this department. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
