I really like it so far (been here for a couple weeks). I was kinda nervous when I read the negative reviews, but they were about the old management company. The new company isnt turning the place into condo's, although there are some people that own the units here (from the last company).

Pro's: It's a really nice place. Everyone (including the staff) has been nice. Parking is easy for now. There's a lot of stuff to do in the immediate area, and Downtown Annapolis is only 7 minutes away. The pool is clean. Its pretty quiet. The apartments are very clean. It comes with all the appliances.

Con's: There's no elevators so moving to the 4th floor (like I did) might be a pain. The 'gym' is a room with 2 treadmills, 2 elipticals, and a bike. You cant have alcohol by the pool.

All in all, I really like the place so far. And remember, people are more likely to leave a negative review than a positive one.
