PLEASE IGNORE ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM THE PREVIOUS RESIDENTS. This community is under new management and they are the best! The friendliest, most efficient staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet. I have been a resident of Regatta Bay for 4 months now and I love it. Can't see myself living anywhere else. I have a loft apartment and love it!!! It is the most beautiful community I've seen in the Annapolis area, the neighbors are friendly, the maintenance staff is at your beck and call (which is very hard to find in communities these days) and being in the heart of Annapolis close to everything is what really makes Regatta Bay the ideal community to live in. More importantly than that is how quiet the neiborhood is. I was really surprised that you can hear a pin drop outside at night. It's awesome and I recomment this community to everyone. Oh did I mention we have a 24/7 gym for our use and it's free!!!!! How can you ask for more''''
