I relocated here from the Philadelphia area and felt "the vibe" from day one. I looked at close to 15 apartment communities in multiple Maryland counties. I felt at home here from the first visit.

The management/facilities team is fun, friendly, responsive and very professional. You can't ask for more: ample parking, 24/7 on-site fitness center, on-site storage, great floor-plans, TONS of closet space, balcony, garage available, modern amenities, beautiful clubhouse, outdoor pool, car wash locations on-site, close to downtown Annapolis (but not so close as to get stuck in traffic for every Navy game:), close to DC, Baltimore, Amtrak, Metro stations and BWI airport and pet friendly to name a few. We are within walking distance from Annapolis Mall and many other great shopping centers. I feel very safe here no matter what time of day or night. The management team works hard to bring the residents together with social events and a nice newsletter. The residents (renter and owner) are diverse, friendly and if you live here you will feel the sense of community. You will pay more elsewhere but you won't get more. Come check it out. They have fresh baked cookies in the clubhouse daily...ssshhhhh. :)
