We have lived here for a year now and have absolutely loved it. The staff is always very helpful and willing to work with you. The amenities are nice, especially the pool. Things stay pretty quite which is nice. Also they are very pet friendly here which was great for us with two cats. Overall it has been a great experience living here.

I am currently seeking a switch from a home owner to apartment living, I visit the leasing office and was very pleased at the Grounds upkeep, and was extremely pleased with the office staff. The lease consultant was extremely pleasurable, greeted me with a friendly smile, and welcome feeling. I don't know yet how it would be to live at Regatta Bay Apartments but if the office staff is any indication I can not wait to become a resident.
