I lived in a one bedroom apartment at Regatta Bay for a little over a year on the first floor. It was always a temporary stay for me and I did not move out because I was unhappy here. Never having lived alone before, or in an apt.(I moved here from a large single-family home), I have nothing to compare to - but will say that I was extremely pleased with the apartment itself and enjoyed my time at Regatta. As stated elsewhere, parking can be problematic. When I moved in, the management was just beginning to rent out apartments. I watched over the ensuing year the parking lot go from practically empty to full capacity. Yes, it was a hassle at times if you didn't get home and park fairly early in the evening. With so many tenants and most of them with cars, adding guests visiting, it made a full parking lot at night.

However, other than the parking issue, I found these apartments to be a great place to live. Management was always friendly and efficient. Maintenance was attentive, efficient and performed same day or next whenever I needed something done. The apartment amenities were stylish. I rarely heard my neighbors, except the ones directly above me at times. I would suggest that maintenance cut the grass a little more often. All in all, I was very happy living here. People were friendly. I always felt safe here. It can't be that bad (like reviewed elsewhere) if an apartment complex is filled to capacity. I think that speaks for itself.
