After a pretty extensive and thoroughly exhausting search for apartments, we came here after our first choice place fell through because we were put off by the management. (The only reason Regatta Bay was #2 was because it didn't have dining room space.) This place quickly became number one after Kristy in the office remembered us about a week later after we called asking for a place immediately. We called on a Wednesday, desperately needing a place to live. To say the least, Kristy bent over backwards to get us into a 2bed/2bath with loft. With the tenants only just moving out on Wednesday, she was able to approve overtime for the maintenance so we could move in that Friday!! With no gimmicks and no hassles, we were able to move in as planned. It was so simple!! After our experience with the last place, we literally wanted to hug the management for being so accommodating. While we did end up paying more, considering the location, having an agreeable management made it all worth it. My mom sometimes lives alone, and she still feels very safe here. During the time it took to move in, we met many of the neighbors and they were all very friendly and helpful, offering to help move stuff. And given the location, this place is surprisingly quiet. I'm a pretty light sleeper, and I can still sleep with my window open and not be woken up at night. We have not found parking to be an issue during the time we have lived here. While its only been a few months, we have never not been able to find a spot. Even if we have to walk a few extra steps, there are always spots!! The office is always friendly, and the few maintenance requests have been very quick and efficient. We know George and Stephan by name, and always see them around the complex. We are very happy here and really have no complaints! We just love it here and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
