I love this place very much and have no reason to say that it is a terrible place to be. It is absolutely fabulous. I just have a minor issue with some of the tenants who are a bit petty when it comes to noise. I personally think that we live in a considerate environment where off course people's concerns are listened to and respected. If a neighbor feels another is disturbing him/her, what is even more friendlier than just knocking and saying it in a polite way ' That could even be a channel of beng sociable. It is not always necessary to send every "weeny bit" of complaint to maanagement. Those neighbours i believe know themselves....Be a bit more friendly ...Your neighbours DO NOT BITE!

could Not agree with you more. However, when a neighbor takes advantage of this friendly policy and starts complaining about things that are perhaps not true. You know the type, they just want to complain about their neighbor because they are jelouse. My problem neighbor even went so far as to start rumors stating there was an affair going on with the maintenance men (anything to get herself more attention).....Well it gets a little annoying. Ok ,really annoying but thankfully the jelouse neighbor on the third floor is moving. I and others could not be happier. It really makes someone sceptical to put that olive branch out again.
I always welcome meeting my neighbors and really try to do so... but it would help if perhaps when someone you dont know says "hello", ya say "hello" back. Because You were right... we dont bite. Well not too terribly hard. lol.
