The apartments are nice although small. The problem is that there is NO parking!! Sara (the apartment manager)couldn't possibly be any less receptive to doing anything about it which is frustrating. On the other hand, George in maintenace is the best I have ever seen in an apartment community. If you don't have a car, this place would be perfect for you!!

Uh...so you didnt research or ask about parking before you moved in?? That seems like it would be important. To me anyway. You need to look at EVERYTHING.and that includes the parking lots vs number of buildings. And EXACTLY what did you want your manager to "do"? Pave out more spaces? Yes! Thats it...lets tear down said building and make more spaces!!! Who cares about the money it would cost, people, residents it would inconvience! You are crazy.... RESEARCH BEFORE YOU MOVE!!

I was a resident there and moved out because of the parking problem. There was never parking and often had to park across the street in the other community's lot. On top of it, there is a resident police officer who will ticket your car if you park in handicap spaces just to try to stay in your lot. When I first moved in, they were not anywhere near capacity, so parking was not an issue. Parking is the issue of the community, not the resident. It is the responsibility of the community to provide parking if they're going to charge rent...this means they should pay the money to have a certain number of parking passes given to each resident and have it monitored.
