It's been awhile since we have rented an apartment so I wasn't sure what to expect from the entire experience - management and the leasing process through having neighbors at close quarters. I have to say after living here for a month and a half, that our experience has far exceeded our expectations. The office staff - Kristi, Pam and Sara really bent over backwards to ensure we had the place that we wanted when we needed it. Kristi worked some serious magic to have our place ready on the date we were moving into town. She and the staff couldn t have been any more thoughtful and considerate to all of our needs through the moving process. Something my wife and I really needed during the stressful time of relocating from another state! After living here for well over a month now .this place is really quiet. Our neighbors are nice, and there is a certain sense of security here as well. We ve had one small maintenance issue that was responded to very quickly and professionally. I ve gotta give props to Stephen the maintenance guy. He was a real nice guy that obviously was conscientious in completely his task. The location of the complex is incredible. Shopping that would suit the needs of anyone, with the mall just around the corner. Restaurants galore within minutes, and a Safeway grocery store around the other corner! We are spoiled! A comment in regards to the parking here. Granted you may not get a spot right in front of your apartment, but it s not as bad as what has been written here. I have yet to find myself parking at a location that has me grumbling as I m walking to our place. Anyway, we are very happy to be here, and can t thank the front office enough for all they have done for us. We are looking forward to our stay here.

In response to l8apexer... I am a tenant here and I absolutely 100% DISAGREE with YOU! Parking is not a big problem... it's the people doing the "Parking". I haven't had ANY problems parking when I come home. I walk all around this complex and honestly, don't see what you're problem is. The walls are not thin... you live in an "apartment"! More than likely, your neighbors are just loud. Not only the front office, but, the "entire" Team here does an "Excellent" job as far as I am concerned. I have yet to see ANY of them fail to resolve any issues that I have had. Quite honestly, I haven't really had any issues. As a matter of fact, I am renewing my lease because it IS so great here! If the trucks unloading at Sam's Club bother you... then go talk to Sam's Club Mgmt. about their delivery hours, I'm sure you can guess what they will tell you!? By the way, if you think it is SOooo bad here... then why have you been here for SEVEN YEARS !? I have been blessed with great neighbors who all seem to be right on the same page with me. A great Mgmt. Team, Maint. & Grounds included. The "entire" Team has been nothing but willing, accommodating,friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick to respond. I am pretty familiar with other mgmt. Co.'s like Lincoln, Kay Mgmt. & some others. You can have them... I'll keep this Team. Quite frankly... I just like them. After my initial meeting with the Team, I knew I was going to live here even before I saw the apartment, which by the way, I am extremely happy with! So again... why have you been here for seven years? Really, need I say more... Kudos to all of the Staff & Mgmt. Brian in #59

I also have been here for over a year and have never had a parking issue. The Mgmt staff is excellent and friendly. I have the same question as Brian#59....Why have you been here for seven years??? It is an appartment and not a single family home. You will hear noises..

If both of you illiterates actually read my post, you would see that I was not complaining about the noise. I am in sales and travel frequently, so I do not have use for a house which is why I have been here for may years. Every apartment complex has its problems. In this one it is the management staff's attitude and the parking. All you members of the office staff that are responding to these reviews should work to make your tenant's experience better instead of harassing them online. You work here...it is our home. Grow up.
