I have been living in Regatta Bay since 2007. I felt the same way as Oquelda and other guys: location is great, maintenance is always in time, office staffs were nice.
But things changed last Monday. Now, I strongly suggest you avoiding this apartment.
It is because of the office staff Sara. She is a horrible, horrible staff. I can't image she can be so mean to her customer. Maybe because I am at the end of my term. I don't want to repeat those horrible words she threw at me. I must say that she is a fighter in nature, and she enjoys fighting. Regatta Bay knows this, and forwords problems to her(my issue was handled by Christi at first).
Avoid Regatta Bay, avoid Sara!
BTW, if you want to move out of Regatta Bay, please don' t just call they or tell they in person. Instead, write an E-mail. Not know this' Well, you'll have to pay one extra month rent.

This is true about Sara. She lacks people skills and is very unprofessional. She is combative and puts off resolving issues.
