The living experience at Spa Cove seems to vary a lot depending on where in the complex you live. The units near the water/dock (where I lived) are very different from those near Hilltop Dr. The units near the dock are older, very spacious, and generally seem to have nice, quiet neighbors and a very low turnover rate. The units near the road (at the opposite end of the complex) are newer, but seem to have a far higher turnover rate and more sketchiness. The rents there are also cheaper. I had friends who lived in one of those units who did have roach problems and complained about the neighbors. I have heard neither complaint from the units at the other end of the complex, where I lived.
