Anyone who can justify that living in Spa Cove is a "good deal" must not have very high expectations/standards to begin with. The staff is completely annoyed by being asked any sort of question. They seem completely put out.
The bugs are a huge problem. Cockroaches are just for starters.
And to make a long list of complaints short...it is not safe. I had had my car broken into with in weeks of moving in. (The staff didn't seem to care when we let them know). There was a murder across the street and I have interrupted numerous drug deals in the "woods" that are just next to the apartment.
They get you with great rent deals and then the next year the rent skyrockets. And the laundry facilities are filthy and inconvenient.
But overall, it is just the horrible office staff (nice maintenance workers) that makes everything else all the more unbearable.
