I've spent some time living in this apartment community, and my impressions are very bad.
Everything that was said about the staff is true, and also I would like to add some complaints. There is definately change in the attitude once you rent there, and I hated the way they would just come into the apartment without any notice, and do their maintainance work, which never was really done...The people at the office were really rude. We had recommended the place to friends of ours, after the Leasing office had a promotional offer in the newsletter, saying that they would pay us a certain amount of money. We of course never received any cash...
I've had an apartment right on the beginning of the community, where all the drug dealers meet...Also, in my building there were some very "fishy" neighbours, which as much as I could see were into selling drugs and their "girlfriends". Of course, there was yelling, loud music, police cruisers coming every now nad then...Overall-the security' What security'!
The top of it all was an incident was that I was once stopped by a man and asked if I would like to have a little fun...Right outside my door, on Sunday afternoon, getting "The Capital".(!')
And at the end, when we've decided to move, they said that we owe them money for the next two months...The lease was not even in my name...
