I dont know why other people are giving bad reviews. I have generally had good experience. Truxtun park is next to the apt and has Tennis, BktBall etc. The publi cboat landing is right next door - my daughter loves both the park and water.

Better locks would be nice. Management should avoid giving apts to unruly people (which is a common problem in most apts in Annapolis). Overall a great place!
