The maint. staff is great. They fixed all my troubles promptly and the 1st time. The office help is varied. Better when some work and horrible when others work. Not too much trouble with my place. New doors and windows were good, but the stress cracks that formed when the building settled around them weren't. These things happen to old buildings, not much you can do about that. The wiring is something that needs upgraded though! The old electrical work doesn't seem to be able to handle modern day equipment. I had two incidents with bad wiring. This place would be good for someone looking for a decent place for not a lot of money, single military and college students. If you have a family or want something nicer, you'd be better off looking elsewhere. They do cut nice deals for your 1st lease, but the rent does go up about $50 the next year. Each year after the price raises as well. It's a good starter place or something to keep your stuff at 'till you get to know the area better.
