The office staff is terrible. If the current property manager would leave then it might run a lot better. All of the good office and maintenance staff is gone. They have lots of roaches and when you want to talk to the manager she says " do you have an appointment" has she yells out to her staff. They pick and choice who they want to rent two and run specials for current but treat resident who have been here for years like ----. Manager needs to go bad and find someone that fits in Annapolis. You cant have front door mats either. I year was to long to live in spa cove they are gross. No updated amenties.
