I am a current tenant and i have mixed feelings so far. The community is old and aptments needs major facelift; appliances and cupboards especially. Haven't seen roaches but the crickets are forming armies and trying to take over(if they don't pay rent they shouldn't be here). I addressed these concerns to management, they isn't anything they can do, but for the most part try to be helpful (so far).
