Overall a really crappy place to live in Annapolis. Parking is a pain, with few spots and a beligerent tow company who make up rates per tow now decided to an outrageous $250 flat rate. Aside from that irration, the tennants are all immigrants, English is definately a foreign language here, and the dumpsters out front are favorites to crack open Corona's and Dos Equis. The management is incompatent. They have endless inspections and invasions of privacy, currently they claim they have the right to enter anyone's apartment between the hours of 8am and 5pm for the entire month of April unannounced. Completely illegal, but hey if you're living in a third world country mind as well get the full experience and have no rights either. Overall terrible place for the average person moving to Annapolis. If you are an immigrant you are welcome to come, you will fit in very well and enjoy the myriad of neighboors just like you. I suggest the place be torn down and start anew, the location is amazing right on the water less than 5 minutes from downtown Annapolis.

The immigrants are still present in the summer of 2009 and with increasing numbers. My only problem with the foreign tenants living around me is that there are NEVER 1-2 in the 2 bedrooms apts but always at least 5 not to mention the family gathering. Supposedly this is illegal but the apt. complex can't do much about it and don't care especially if receive their rent money paid in cash every month. The apts not meant to withstand this wear and tear as well as the noise. I've learned the only way to live in a place that won't have immigrant workers in Annapolis is to rent privately owned homes/apts/condos that do background checks and require proof of legal bank accounts. This is for obvious reasons.
