Mr. Edward (The owner) is dishonest, and the new manager Latisha, is a liar and a thief. She is illegally evicting people to steal their money. Trying to speak to this woman is impossible and she never returns phone calls or is at the office. The apartments are infested with BED BUGS, ROACHES, AND RATS, and they charge you alot of money for an apartment that does not have a new carpet or new appliances. Spa Cove is old and there is no parking space. If you are like me (with a working family)with two cars you will be screwed, because you can only park one car in the parking lot,the other one, you will have to park on the road somewhere. To get anything fixed takes 10 years, and it usually breaks right afterward. It's senseless, and the "waterview", THERE IS NO WATERVIEW, it's actually a dump! I have to say overall, it's a crappy place to live.
