The apt was the best I found for the money.

The apt I moved into was totally renovated, with a gorgeous modern kitchen, great recessed lighting, and double sinks in master bath. The unit has a large patio overlooking mature trees.

I found the management company staff (Bozuuto) to be professeional and friendly. The maintenace is a guranteed with 24 hours, which has occurred on 2 mionr items.

The building is quiet and clean. There are small storage cages in the basement for a samll extra fee.

I am very please with the apt, and it's management.

What you don't realize is that you are living in a building that while nicely renovated, is still over 50 years old, and all of the foundations, electrical, plumbing, etc is just that... 50 years old. It's kind of like putting gold leaf on a dog turd...it may be shiny, but it's still a dog turd.
