I'm so sorry to hear about the horrific stories that have been previously posted about this property. I'm personally thrilled with my experience thus far (new resident as of late Jan 2009). The leasing staff (Blake, Tiffany and Neal)have been professional, knowledgeable and quite pleasant to deal with. I just feel like this crew is genuinely concerned with providing quality service to its residents.
I'm leasing a bright, newly renovated 2 BR apt with a fantastic kitchen, in unit laundry and brand new appliances, throughout. I've had very timely response to minor maintenance requests which were more of personal preference (like hotter water). My unit is very clean and the building is kept very nicely. I've noticed that someone comes to clean the foyer/stairway at least weekly and the grounds are neat and tidy.
My only regret is that I can't get Verizon FIOS TV but the location is exciting and I just can't believe the bang for the buck!
I don't know if this property's remarkable turn-around has everything to do with the new management of Bozzuto Homes, but I do know that I'm happy and would certainly recommend this place to anyone.
