Overall the apartments aren't bad, however they are not even close to 'Luxury Apartments' as advertised. Most of the tenants I know don't even use their fireplace because they either set off the smoke detector or the strong smell makes you sick and gives you a headache. Also, watch out for the nails in the carpet. Many residents have complained and have now given up. Gate' Yea right. It works about half the time.
The main problem is the management. They have no regard for the tenants and never ever meet a due date. I even saw the assistant manager give a leasing agent a high five after insulting a tenant. This caused the tenant to have to sleep on the floor for 2 weeks because the complex couldn't get its act together and pave on time as promised.
The noise review is due to the apartments next door. This is a verious serious problem and needs to be considered when selecting the individual apartment.
The parking downgrade is due to the gate and not space.
The grounds are not even covered by grass. They went cheap and only sodded some of the areas.
Look into the new apartments being built by Regatta Bay.
PS: I'm a tenant and not management. I expect the other reviews were written by the management. This place isn't that great.
