Thornbury Bay at Village Greens

avillarreal From: avillarreal Date posted: 2/5/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I've lived there for 14 months. I was hesitant at first to live there. The complex & staff itself is very nice. The parking is really a joke. During the summer, you can almost never find a parking space inside the community gates after 9pm. Everyone who has garages, really never uses them and so they use up the parking for the rest of us. Lot of cars/scooters/jet skis parked in the same spot for months at a time. Mgmt doesnt seem to care or do anything about it. ALSO, constantly hearing gunshots & reading in paper about the crime that goes on in the ghetto right behind my building on the other side of the fence. Neighbors are very nice, no real problems with the staff. Community is pretty small compared to other large complexes. I give it a B- considering my only real peeves is parking & surrounding ghetto.
