Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005
The apartments are new and clean, the attached garage is great and the staff is great. The neighboring ghettos on either side are a great concern. Gun shots can be heard almost daily, I wouldn't dare walk outside the gated area on foot, and the loud yelling and screaming goes on almost all the time. I feel like I am living in the inner city of Detroit sometimes. A great apartment complex in a bad location.
