This apartment complex has changed management again, but the problems still exist. The complex has some nice amenities, but you are paying way too much money for the broken security gates, and the constant gunfire from Newtowne Dr and Bywater, both of which surround this place. The management is not helpful whatsoever, and act as if they don't care once you sign your lease. There have been crimes that have crossed into the property, but the management does not tell people that. Beware of groups of kids climbing the fence, and wandering around. I would fear for my safety if I lived in the outer apartments facing Newtowne and Bywater.
