This apartment is now called Archstone at Annapolis Bay. Let's be honest, if you looking for electricity, garbage pickup,leasing staff that shows up, loud noise and gunshots coming from the neighborhoods on either side then this is not the place for you.
We have lived here for almost a year and have lost power 7 times. This is not the whole complex just the inner apts. The garbage is left in piles by the dumpsters for days. Windows have been shot out and were not replaced by management for 15 days.
Last but not least, management has no answers and also on our last power outage for 3 days no one showed up at the office to address questions or even help their tenants with anything.
I do like my apartment and my neighbors but the aggrivation is too much. If you can handle this then rent her.
