I have to disagree with you about the oncall maintenance personel responding to calls. I called a few weeks ago and was told that my call was not responded to because the maintenance lady was not going to get paid overtime for it (even though it left me without anywhere to sleep for the night). I've never been able to reach the property manager even though I've called several times. The leasing staff also has never been quite polite. I just called about a service request I put in over two weeks ago, because no one ever came or even contacted me. I was basically told that no one had any intention of handling my work request and that no one was going to bother contacting me to let me know. I absolutely love my apartment and would like to live there for a long time, but unfortunately I just don't think that will be possible if this is the kind of customer service the new management believes in.

The power issue is a BGE problem not the management's fault. I have seen the maintenance personel out on the property at night on several occasions while walkin my dog. I know they only had one person for awhile, but I just met the new maintenance man and he seems to be helpful. I am not sure I agree with you on this.
