Some of the cheaper apartments in Annapolis. The apartments aren't tiny but definatly not great quality. The kitchen was so small that any more than one person in there was a hassle. The construction wasn't great. You can clearly hear the television in the neighbor's apartment, there are lots of maintance visits to fix appliances, and many bugs living with you. We had roaches, carpenter ants, and stink bugs invading our apartment. The office staff is very kind and works well with the tenants. During recent apartment fires the staff relocated all of the tenants and provided a home for all pets until repairs and other arrangements were made. Safty can be a concern at night in the complex. Some neighbors are very loud at night and can act strangly. The parking lot isn't very well lit and the security company that patrols the lot never get out of their car. I have heard that a new company will be doing patrols this summer. They did install a new door entry system for the apartments to limit access to the apartments. One plus was the free cable that came with the apartment, and the new pool and gym. It's not a bad place to live for a short time but by no mean a long-term home.
