Great Grounds and Location....The Rest is BAD!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We have lived here for almost two years, and love the location and the grounds, and even quite like our apartment.....BUT.....the apartments are built so badly we can hear EVERYTHING our upstairs neighbours are doing, most of which we really don't want to know. Plus, whenever there are issues with other tenants, like our drunk neighbours who crank the stereo up really loud at 2am, the local management do absolutely nothing to help! I would NOT recommend living here if you enjoy some quiet time and privacy. If you are out all day and keep it as a local pad, then maybe it would be nice. I would not recommend these apartments at all and have pointed our friends in other directions when they were lookcin.
