I have been a resident for three years now and I absolutely love living at Watergate Village. It is a well manicured property with clean updated apartments. THe management is very well run witha astaff that truly cares about the quality of life of the residents. They go above and beyond there job specifications to make this a great place to live. The maintenace department is timely in fulfilling work orders and keeps the complex clean and orderly. The property boasts some of the best views on the Chesapeake and is a short walk from downtown. This is the place you want to call home!

Well written, annonymous! A very good PR ad. I don't believe the topics you bring up (manacured lawns, hard workers, a great view) were complaints/problems that have been brought up, and are really high up on a list of really concientious people who are looking for a really hassle-free, great place to live.
