Last night I did a load of laundry. When I went to switch the laundry from the washer to the dryer, I opened the door to the laundry room to find that raw sewage had overflowed from the drain in the floor and flooded the room. Words cannot express how poorly this property is managed. The "Property Manager" is a nightmare. She is unprofessional, ignorant to all things property management related, and rude. The maintenance staff is a joke. I have no hope that this issue will be resolved. I can only count down the days until my lease is up as they will not let me out of the lease.
