My roommate and I lived here from November of 2003 to October of 2004. We had a good exprience. The office staff was always nice and even delivered UPS packages to our doorstep on occasion. When I first moved in the maintenance guy came by to welcome me and ask me if I needed anything.
The only complaint I have is that the walls were very thin. My roommate and I could hear each other breathe in our bedrooms and a few times our neighbor above us would forget to turn off his alarm clock and we could hear it.
Overall, we had a good experience here. We had a lovely corner apt. with a view into the courtyard and it wasn't very noisy.
