If you ever want to leave the property after 6pm any evening...be prepared to not have anywhere to park when you get home. They allow large commercial trucks that don't fit in the spaces. There are numerous motorcylces taking up more spaces.
They are threatening towing of residents' vehicles if parked next to the red curbs.
They could give each apt. an assigned space.. I was told that it is in the works..this was 2 years ago when I moved in.
This last Dec. we had a filthy neighbor leave roaches behind and many renters had to totally strip their kitchens for the exterminators...they did this right before Christmas and then again after New Years..most of us cancelled any plans of having holiday guests. The management was not sympathetic in the least over this.
I was not at home for the first treatment, I was for the second and the exterminator told me that they never requested for the renters to strip their kitchens the way we were told. The mgmt. denied this.

You are the only renter here I know of that isn't unhappy with the parking situation. As far as the bugs go..the people moved out 6 weeks before the roaches were discovered..WW didn't do their job the first time correctly. Not crazy.

I'm not saying the parking is great, but i always find a spot. Last time i checked, the red line curbs are fire lanes and you are not supposed to park there. i may not get something always right in front of my apartment, but a little exercise never hurt anybody. Stop being lazy! As for the roaches, i have friends who also live here and have never had a problem. Again, why would you not want them to address the issue? Yes, it sounds like it was during an inconvenient time because of the holidays, but would you have rather them done nothing? Again, crazy!
