I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have not had any problems thus far. I've called the office for work orders and maintenance comes over that same day or at least by the next day. I've never had that kind of service in any other apartment complex i've lived in. I sometimes dont get a parking spot right in front of my building, but that is apartment living. I've never had any problems with noise, it's very quiet here. I've read some of the other comments (the negative ones)....they must have the wrong apartment complex or maybe they are just unhappy with themselves!! I love it here and i hope to be here for another 2 years!!!!
