Don t believe the good reviews! They may be written by the staff and management of westwiinds! I don t have the time nor any interest to write a lengthy review with all details, but some of the issues are constant noise (24/7) It think the reason is the very poor construction of the buildings, maintenance issues take long time to be resolved (if they ever do), management is not existent they don t take care of issues and they never follow up. In short, the place is a disaster - poorly constructed and very disorganized. I moved to another community in Annapolis (no need to advertise) and am very happy. I think any other rental community in Annapolis will be much better that that. So, if you are thinking of renting at westwinds, you may wish to do yourselves a favor of keeping away and save some money, time and a lot of frustration!

I have not idea what apartment complex you are referring to but it must not be Westwinds. I have been here since May 05 and do not plan on moving out any time soon. The staff is wonderful, if I have a problem they will fix it within a day.
