I think Westwinds is a psuedonym for Enron. Both will tell you anything to purchase. When I moved into Westwinds, I asked the office manager at the time if the previous tenant had any dogs. Her response of course was that "No, it was an elderly couple who had lived there for a couple of years without any pets". Not two days after I move all of my furniture in that I discover that the apartment was infested with fleas. I come to find out from a neighbor that the previous couple had two large dogs that apparently had left me millions of tiny going away presents for me. After I contacted the office, they told me that I would have to place all of my furniture in the kitchen, and those that did not fit into the kitchen "elsewhere" so they could bomb the apartment. Then they were so kind to ask me to vacuum the apartment every day for the next five days, discarding the bag while staying elsewhere until the infestation was taken care of. Oh, the truth will set you free they say. I disagree, If you do the math I paid them over $300.00 (lease agreement) plus the cost of getting what was needed to get rid of the bombed fleas for a week in which I played the game "how many things can I stick in my kitchen", forced to stay elsewhere, and got to enjoy the task of cleaning my new apartment over and over again. Oh, I will tell you the truth, do not start a lease with this company. It will only be a terrible experience for you.

The whole place is full of ants and fleas. The office help is useless.
