Overall Oakland Hills Apt. is a nice place to live. It is quiet, located on the Bay Hills Golf Course, and maintenance is always available-we've only need them to come once in 6 months. It is a little pricey to live here, but at least water is included in the rent. It is within range for rent for Annapolis, MD...pricey.
