I have lived at this community for the last few years and I would just like to comment that even though the apartments are older, they are VERY well maintained. I have always had an excellent relationship with the whole staff at Oakland. They always go the extra step to take care of the resident. The landscaping is always taken care of and you don't have to wait for maintenance. It is so quiet and peaceful after a hard day at work, I look forward to coming home. The only minus is the parking spaces are a little small and they need more of them. But overall, a great place!
