My husband and I moved down from Western NY, and we love the location of this apartment and the ammenities it offers to us. VERY quiet, rarely anyone outside unless they are going to their car, and pet friendly! Deep within a residential neighborhood you wouldn't know it was there unless you were looking for it. Maintenance and front office are very friendly and promptly respond to any issues or concerns. We have a newly renovated model which is pricier than the older ones, but well worth it (new kitchen floor, counter, appliances, same with bathroom and vanity in bedroom). Check it out! Worth considering.
