Nice place We were surprised to find this complex tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. The staff is very helpful and provide excellent customer service. The views are not typical of any apartment I have been in before, overlooking the golf course. The apartments are spacious and a good

Nice Apartments Nice apartments.
Quiet neighborhood.
Great closets.
Could replace the balcony doors...drafty window.
If you are promised anything, get it in writing.
Other than that...a nice place to live.

Have lived here since retiring two years ago. Very, very quiet. Spacious closet and storage areas--best I have seen. Beautiful views of Bay Hills Golf Course from living room and dining area. Staff is friendly, attentive, and expert with any needed repairs.

Nice Place To Live! Bay Hills is a wonderful place for families. My wife and I have been here for a year with our 2 cats and 1 child. The maintenance staff is prompt and courteous. Much better parking than in other places that I've lived in the past.

Great place to live I have lived at Oakland Hills for 7 years and could not have had a better experience. The same maintenance staff has been here since I have lived here. The manager has been wonderful. She has walked my pets, collected my mail, and has always tried to go above and beyond to

Nice Place Overall Oakland Hills Apt. is a nice place to live. It is quiet, located on the Bay Hills Golf Course, and maintenance is always available-we've only need them to come once in 6 months. It is a little pricey to live here, but at least water is included in the rent. It is within range
