Noisy, very very noisy - ok, I have been here a little while and will likely move when the lease is up due to noise. Almost diagonal is the best (busiest?) trauma center on the east coast. They don' t tell you that during the tour! Jet powered, state police choppers roar and the open square across the street only adds to the noise.
