Pricey, Noisy, But Far Better than Anywhere Else in Baltimore - It's expensive if you're living alone, so get ready for that. I had booked an apartment at a lower price, but missed a signing deadline and it got bumped up by $100. Nonetheless, the biggest drawback are the trains. Great! - I have lived at Horizon House now for about 9 months and have had an entirely good experience. The apartments are well kept and quiet. The only maintenance issue I have had was a problem with the bathtub faucet, and after reporting it, the apartment fixed the problem within 24 hours. Great! - I have lived at Horizon House now for about 9 months and have had an entirely good experience. The apartments are well kept and quiet. The only maintenance issue I have had was a problem with the bathtub faucet, and after reporting it, the apartment fixed the problem within 24 hours. Waterloo Place Apartments SUCKS - I've lived in these apartments for just over a year. Last week I saw a rat in the courtyard.
