The Allston is a nice place to live directly across the street from Johns Hopkins University. The building is old but well maintained. I appreciated the laundry facilities located on premisis. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and eateries within walking distance of the Allston.

We, the owners (family business since 1896), appraciate those kind words. Over the past 2 years (2004-2006) we have made expensive improvements to The Allston Apartments. Over $200,000 in improvements to the 22 units. We have gone from mediocre to one of the most desirable places to live right across from the JHU campus.
