Years at this apartment: 1996 - 2005
 

The complex itself is beautiful.

The space inside the apartment is to small.

The maintenance services is awful, you have to wait too long for repairs to be made.

The office gives you the run around.

Overal the prperty is a quiet one, no one hanging on the corners or loud music playing.
