This place is a mess.
The apartments are too small and the maintenance and leasing office crew (except one honest person) are rediculous especially when it comes to satisfying there tenants.
You have to wait weeks at a time before your maintenance issue gets fixed.
The rental office will act like you are in their best interest, but really you aren't.
Oh yeah and dont let you keep calling because they still havent came to fix your problem because they will act like you are getting on their nerves in a heart beat.
It is really a mess.
When they do come and fix something, they leave trash around and whatever else they dont feel like cleaning up.
The apartments are very outdated.
They acted like there are new tubs but once you've been there for a few months you will see honestly they just painted over top of the brown (from dirt) tub underneath.
The water stays hot for about 10 minutes.
The tiles in the tubs really need to be redone.
It is rediculous really.
The one and Only good thing i can say is that the rent is cheap, but believe me you get what you are paying for.
You pay at a cheap price and you get trifling, lazy, effortless work.
