Arbor Oaks

I have been residing here for more than over 10 years and the maintenance is horrible now and the office staff is sickening.

You can call in your repairs needed for your apartment and they act as if they are going to write a ticket but don't.

I know this for a fact, I have called down there and talked to the manager Lori and she told me that a ticket would be written asap, that was over a year ago-honest.

These surprise inspections are un called for, nothing is repaired when they come around.

They don't inform you of them coming into your apartment for anything (exterminator, etc.).

I truly think that the head office should send a survey to all the residents and have a self addressed envelope for them to be mailed back to them and they would know the truth.

You only see the maintenance when the head office or HUD is here.

Something needs to be done.

Don't get me wrong now the area is great, the grounds are kept beautifully, the laundry rooms are not good or hardly working, the parking is great and it is pretty quiet around here (no one sitting outside or hanging around), the parking lot/halls are well lit.

It's just the bad apples in the office that's making it go down hill.
