Arbuta Arms is the worst place ever. First of all the mice that out number the residents. Rat infested garbage can they run out right in front of you the good thing is you can smell them coming a mile away. Even worst than the rodent problem the children who seem not to have any kind of parental guidance. They're always in the hallways living food wrapings ever where. One morning I came home and saw three little kids running around at 3 o'clock in the morning. The one good thing I can say about the kids they teach you how to use curse words as a person place or thing. I went to visit a friend last week and nine guys where arrested for pulling out guns. So if you don't mind these things this is the place for you.
