I have lived here for five years now due to the price and space provided. I really have decided to move for several personal reasons, but one complaint is I am tired of the rodent (mice) problem. They have tried everything from extermination to traps (sticky boards, mouse traps). They return.

If you are looking for a spacious apartment with hard wood floors, large walk in kitchen, and not able to afford any other location, I recommend. Parking is an issue at times, but most part the service is nice, safe area and good customer service. (One time I left my keys on the lock of my car trunk overnight, and the next day the grounds keeper brought them to my house). There was many opportunities for those who were looking to commit a crime to have no trouble at all, so I can't complain about that.

Only one issue that I had in the five years was when my car was hit on (1/1/2004) while parked outside my apartment, a neighbor came to retrieve me but I was sleep. I did not inform the management because it was not their fault, and the people did not reside in our apartments. Just there are people out there who commit crimes without remorse.

Nice diverse environment single, families, couples, seniors, children, etc.

When I moved in I paid $525 per month for the 1st year, $550 for 2nd, $575 for 3rd, $600 for 4th, $625 for 5th and moved to month to month lease to pay $725 FAIR market rent. (so expect rent to increase $25 per year) Only complaint about this is that I have seen the reduction of how they keep up the apartment buildings from my first year until now, but if you ask or put in an order, they do come and fix what is needed. Customer service has gotten a whole lot better over the years, so I guess there is a give and take. Happy Home Hunting!!
